yes, thats why I have an e-bike.
Take my old (fat) dog
That section is about 6 miles
There is also Robin hoods bay to Ravenscar (the town that never was)
and into Scarborough, so it's heck of a long track.
Loads more in the area as the North Yorkshire Moors come right into Scarborough.

Excellent and I'm sure your dog is big boned and not fat 
I wish there were more tracks around here like that. I'd get a trailer for our wee doggie if there were as it is here on the roads she's popped in the rear bike basket!
