I have a S866 LCD display and when I turn it on it wants a password, I have tried to use the default password in the manual 3745 but no joy. Can anyone help me out please? Cheers

For now try a few obvious ones like 1234 or 0000.

I have tried holding the middle button for 10 seconds also tried it holding the top 2 buttons. Both just returned to 4 -, the LCD doesn't power off a majority of the time when I hold down the middle button which is why I am wondering if it's duff

Same problem here, did you find password or did you have to change display?

Found out the code, and also found out that my controller isn't S866 although it looks like it. RKS RSIII PRO has apparently new controller and it's LCD-P3C and the code is 6666 and you have to press power button quite a few seconds to open.

Hello, I also have the LCD-P3C, when I type 6666 and hold power button for over a minute nothing happens, as if it doesn’t confirm my input. How did you confirm yours? Is there another way, for example accessing it via the micro-USB underneath?

Cheers!
