Riese and Muller Delite GX Rohloff-Front/Rear wheel removal

Does the rear wheel have a quick release axle and can the rear wheel be removed completely

This is shown at 23:20 in the video but he does not mention removing the wheel.

Anyone know how this works Thanks.

Depends on the Rohloff hub they use, one variety has quick release.
