Ridgeback or volt

I am looking to buy an e bike to commute to work. It’s a 13-mile commute along country lanes, mostly flat with one or two smallish hills and I am an unfit 60-year-old. I used to cycle a lot but haven’t for years.
I need a bike with a removable battery as I can’t charge on the bike – I live on a boat so can't get the bike indoors
I think I have narrowed down the choice to a Volt Pulse Hybrid E-bike or a Ridgeback Arcus 2

Any thoughts o the wisdom of my choice or which is the best of the two
