What is the point?
Surely the idea of a bike is to transport a rider from A to point B not just to move the bike around.

So there you are arriving at the station calling your bike on the smart phone app so that it comes to meet you. Unfortunately it gets pulled over by the men in blue for speeding and they notice the sticker peeling away from motor - "Ah ha! 500W you are nicked riderless bicycle!"
