Finding my (electric) wheels

I had an electric bike, a Freego Eagle , and used it extensively at home and in Europe in conjunction with our motorhome, both have now gone, but I very recently bought a new unused Pro Rider Wayfarer 20" wheel bike to use in this country, I wanted a folding bike to fit in the back of our car, which works a treat, but I find the gearing way too low, even at modest speeds, Is there any simple way to alter the gearing to make it less frantic to use,?

Change the front chain wheel for a larger toothed one.

Most of us would change the freewheel to a DNP 11/28 or 11/30. You have to take the wheel off and use the correct freewheel tool to get the old freewheel off.

They're also on Aliexpress and probably Amazon.

My bike feels like it needs 2-3 extra higher gears, which gear set would you recommend please?
Probably, the same as above. Count the teeth on the chainwheel and on the top gear to be sure because there are some different versions of that bike. Post them here.
