Reprogramme KD59e controller

Hi,
I purchased an MBM LaRue that is pedal assist, Etrotek DGW07 Rear Hub 30 Nm motor and a Spard YT 30240 Integrated 36V, 7Ah 252 Wh battery with a KD59e controller. I would like to adjust the speed by a few mph. How can this be done? Thanks

You have to change the controller to one that gives access to setting, which means one with an LCD. First, you need to locate your controller and hope that it's not some sort of integrated one. It must be in the tube with the battery somewhere - probably at the bottom. It's possible that you might be able to do something with a different KD control panel, like the KD 21C, but that's a £50 gamble.
