I'll be honest and say, I just don't think there's the room for one of those. Even if there is, it'll be hard to tighten it up.

Threadlocker fluid is the way to go and hasn't let me down yet.

In addition to the above, my motor had a slight clearance inside the bottom bracket so I applied some Blue Loctite (semi permanent) to fill this and it has not budged at all.......although I have not had course to remove the motor so far so do not know how difficult this would be.

if the issue is the motor is rotating, just fit a torque rod, i run a 750 and a 500w and torque rods on both, theyre copies of the luna cycle one. it covers over the original bracket that locates the motor,use slightly longer allen bolts and then folds under the down tube and can either be clamped tight under there with a s/s hose clip or drill the downtube and fit a 5mm riv nut and bolt it down no more problem..if you message me with details i can supply one..and post it to you.. w

@Raboa
I just realised you meant the actual motor locknuts and not the axle, whoops.

If you are having issues with the motor rotating in use, have you made sure the mounting plate knurled side is facing inwards towards the bottom bracket housing?

Also, have you tightened the locknuts using the proper installation tool?

My issue was a bit of "creaking" after a few rides using bottom gear and full power off road. Re torqueing the lock nuts would temporarily solve this but it happened a few times. I was about to make/fit a bracket like the luna one but as said I discovered a small amount of play between the inside of the bottom bracket and the motor so applied some Blue Loctite. So far it has worked for many months.
Thanks for the offer of a bracket, do you have a picture as I may need one soon. I'm about to start my second build, a hybrid for pure road use, the 250w motor will be transferred from the FS MTB to the hybrid and replaced with a 500w.
