If possible
I’ve only been told zoom hb xtech 100 semi hydraulic fit but they don’t come in green only four colours and at there prices they are spot on , even if it’s just callipers I could get I can change outer cable sleeves and just get some green rubber finger ends for the levers on the bike already fiido m21

I fitted the Zoom HB-100's on my Fiido D11. They're okay, but not all that. As your cables aren't internally routed like mine, you'd be better off with proper hydraulics like Shimano MT200's. You really need to change the rotors too.

Just type in "Shimano hydraulic" for MT200, 375 etc etc, or "Hydraulic brakes" - Tektro may be an option. The calipers use the same fixings. You need to measure the cable length to ensure you buy the right length of hoses (rear especially) as they're pre-filled.

Does the M21 use 180mm or 160mm rotors? I forget... it's etched on the disc. Any Shimano of the right size with 6-bolt fixing will suit.

One of my 700c mid-drive bikes has hydraulics without brake sensors. Just don't pedal when you brake. Or you can buy sensors which you can add/attach to most levers.

If you don't mind Black, one can buy a set of four port hdb's with integrated brake sensors with 3 pin WP connector for £70, pads are shimano D03s.
Not sure whether though they are higo or Julet but suspect they are higo as the seller sells a lot of bafang stuff.

4-pot calipers are all nice and lovely: It's the kind of brake you'll find on a 3/4/5k bike. I'm not dissing Neals suggestion, but £40 MT200s/375s are more than adequate on a £1k bike.

IMHO, the issue is 60% rotors and 40% caliper. Fiido brakes are sintered, so the rotors are hardened. They give an annoying pulsing effect/squeeling until well worn. Shimano use resin pads (B01S/B03S). The pads don't last as long, but are smoother in operation and easily & cheaply replaced. There's a way to use the existing cut-out switches on FB/D4S install using MT200s.

It depends what you want to spend, but changing the rotors is as important if not more important than the calipers.

Nothing is in green unless you film wrap, as many Fiido owners do with their frames/rims.

I only offered up the one's in my link as the cut offs/sensors are integrated so no need to bodge or faff with fitting/gluing sensors on.

My bad: I'm crossing two site threads. Simon posted the same question on FB where I got the distinct impression he wanted to keep it cheap. The usual route taken on the Fiido Owners Group is the Shimano one. I've never checked to see if the connectors are H or J.
