Roux claim to be (were?) a British company, and just Googling shows there are a number of Roux dealers still around. Surely one of them know where Roux are and/or where to obtain replacement batteries from?
The battery isn't of a common style (at least here in the UK) for the usual third party makers to be making clone versions of. If all else fails, given it has no comms, the alternative might be to have it recelled.
We had a battery recelled by these people. I can honestly say that the recelled battery is better than the original battery that came with the bike . You just send them your old battery and it comes back rebuilt a week or two later. https://www.electricbikebatteryrepairs.co.uk/
