Replaced new controller now hub wont spin

Hello there hope someone can help I've got a 2000w hub motor with a 52v battery I've done nearly 550 miles last Saturday I done 70 miles no fault the next day I done 200 meters from my house went over a speed bump and everything went dead display was on but no battery indicator long start short checked everything got new controller it solved the problem battery was back but now I get code 3 info and the motor won't Spin or sometimes makes a judder

check your motor cables i had it on my old freego and it was the cable conections.
