Chuck your motor controller and LCD. Buy a KT sine wave controller with LCD3, conventional PAS and throttle. Cut your motor cable and solder it to the KT controller's motor wires or buy a motor extension cable, cut off the connector from your motor and solder there (solves your dodgy motor connector). Install the PAS on the left side, install the throttle, solder the battery wires, connect everything up and enjoy your new speed of about 21 mph.
