red light on control

hi , i purchased a fairly new 2nd hand Val=e bike in December. i havent used it for a couple of months and went to use it this week. on the control panel on the handlebars a red light has come up after say 1 min of switching on the power. it works for a few seconds then turns the power off. i charged it fully and tried again, same thing happened. hmmmm what does that mean please? i havent ridden in the wet paticularly and its been stored in my spare bedroom like a spoilt child!! thanks

Show a picture of the control panel, so we can recognise it. Did you make a mistake with Val=e bike? Google can't find it.

sorry - its a Vall-e. i gave the wires a little wiggle and took it out for half an hour . it seems to be working ok but will come back to you on here tomorrow if its not working again then. thanks for our reply
