Evening all, So i purchased a Carrera Vengeance E-Bike about a month or so ago, at first worked perfectly well but today i went out on it and the controller on the handle bars which usually light up red indicating which mode you're on today kept flashing red, there is still power to the controller but its flashing red instead of a constant red and i did notice less power from the motor, any ideas what this could be? Thanks

Probably got water in it if you've been out in the wet or one of the wires has been pulled off the PCB. When the controller doesn't get a signal from it, it defaults to level 1.

You'll probably need a new panel so take it back to Halfords.

It might be better to describe your problem. What exactly do you have and what bike is it?
