Recommendation required please-guys & girls.

Hi all,

Can anyone recommend a quality cycle gel seat for me? The one i have on my bike is called Vador,the letter V is in the colour red.The problem is whenever i am riding it feels as if i am always slipping forward,my legs are extended correctly when touching the pedals,some time ago i had adjusted the seat itself by unscrewing the centre screw and shifting the seat body forward and still i feel uneasy when riding.
Is this a seat problem or is this a "rear" problem as in a donkeys a## sitting on a bicycle seat.

When you say you adjusted the seat forward did you tilt the front of the seat upwards?

Try about 3 degrees tilt up at the front - Works for me.

Hi....I prefer the smallest of tilt...downwards....too much and you will slip.
....carry the allen key with you and keep adjusting the seat 'till you are happy.
