I just altered a chopper I put together from a few bikes nearly a decade ago to run on LiPo's instead of the original SLA pack, by the time I removed the housing and brackets it lost around 17 kg's.
The performance is impressive for a brushed 200 watt motor, the motor will actually draw a lot more than that but it was rated as 200 watt's, the controller I fitted to it is a 250 watt rated with a max draw of 16 amps.
It will climb single digit inclines without noticeable lose of speed (no pedaling), top speed is only 25 kph but with truck loads of torque.

Its amazing how losing a "few" kilos can tranform a bike.

What a totally bizarre but cool looking bike. Reminds me of Easy Rider! Got a helmet? ;-)

Its surprisingly practical and comfortable with one exception/caution, the pedal that is in the down position is 2 cm off the road, it is very good at teaching you to keep the inside pedal up when cornering :)
The brakes are superb as the seat is only 50 cm off the ground and a long way back so if you lock up the front wheel not much happens other than stopping fast.
Thanks for the likes.
