Rasool from Denmark, Copenhagen

Hello everybody my name is rasool and I'm from Denmark Copenhagen I'm going to buy my first electric bike from the company specialized.

I'm actually going to buy the model named turbo Como 4.0.

I'm also here to find out if I can lift the speed limit 45 kilometre per hour. Right now it's only 25 which is from the company itself and no it's not illegal to drive with your electric bike 45 km per hour it's ok in Denmark and that's why I want to lift the top speed from 25 to 45km/h. Is it possible?

Hi welcome

It’s possible

There are many places you can get dongles etc to trick the motor

If you post in the speed pedelec part of the site I’m sure member soundwave will be along and post some links :)

Thanks,

Specialized Turbo Como 4.0 Low-Entry 2019

Motor; Specialized 1.2E, custom Rx Street-tuned motor, 250W nominal

I understand the Danish permission for the S class pedelecs without registration etc. is a one year trial, then to be reviewed. Hopefully it will remain for you.
