Hope to collect bike tomorrow if it stops raining.
I wonder if using an e bike will get me a little fitter..
Me at 69 and 15 stone..

Yes thanks for messsage.
Bike is Raleigh Forge step through 11ah battery .8 gears.
£1000 ..entry level bike..
Will put it through its paces in the next few days..
Or it will do that to me too..

Have'nt riden bike for a year or so properly..but just managed to do 1.2 miles in 6 min 45 sec..
Tour de France next...hee...
