Raleigh Array Step Thru Electric Urban Bike or Forme Cromford 2 ELS 2019 Electric Bike?

Hi, does anyone have any advise or experience of either of the 2 bikes above? I am limited to what I can get as I am using the Cycle to Work scheme. The other option is the Dawes Swift. Any advise will be greatly appreciated.

My family has a couple of Raleigh Arrays. They seem really well sorted (neat, smooth, and surprisingly torquey) and I can recommend them without hesitation.
