Question regarding hailong battery

Hi i have a hailong 36v 13Ah/468Wh battery for my electric bicycle. I have fully charged the battery and after i switch the power button on it lights up 3 green leds and 1 red led which is normal but what i am unsure of is that after 2 seconds the battery lights all go off. Can someone please offer any advice here.

I think that is normal. Is the battery working ok on the bike ? What does the display show when it is turned on ? You really need a multimeter to check battery health properly
