Do these numbers on my old Q100C CST 36V identify the power rating? I seem to recall that they were marketed as either 250w or 350w so I opted for the 250. However, looking back at the old receipts it only mentions 350w. Or perhaps there are other identifying numbers on the motor which I haven't discovered yet?

If it is not marked then treat it as 250w as the 350w is tha same barring the market it is sold in. Get a trophy label made up and stick it on the hub.
The numbers don't physically identify the hub wattage.

The power rating comes from the use of the motor rather than the motor itself. The Q100C is a clone of the Aikema 100C, which is listed as 250w/350w. Nobody knows who the manufacturer is. Q100C is the BMSBattery designation. They listed it as 350w. Generally when such a motor is expected to be used in a bike restricted to 15.5 mph, it's listed as 250w, but if it's expected to be restricted to 20 mph, it's listed as 350w.
