Problem motor?

I have a problem with my electric bike, I have a cyclamatic plus, I start the bike when I spin the throttle only one phase goes, can it be the motor burned or some problems with it? How can I check the motor?The controller is good ,somebody checked and is no problem with it.

Check with an Ohmeter, the wiring for the motor, including the Hall effect sensors, PAS (assuming you have one), Battery voltage after a charge, Output voltage of charger.
Move the wiring around to see if it has a break/bad contact.
Do not forget to look at all plugs for corrosion and looseness.
If you are not much of a DIYer, maybe invest 20 UK Pounds in an E-Bike tester. Though as not all support all plugs/sockets, get some test connectors and wire them to single plugs and sockets to make testing easier.
