Pro rider electric folding bike

Looking to buy a second hand Pro rider electric folding bike, are they any good? Going to View and test it tomorrow, they wanting £250 ono, just wondering if that's reasonable or is it that low that they perhaps wanting shut of it quickly? It's missing its plastic chain guard and wondering if it can be replaced
