Pro-Connect Shift

I see that the Pro-Connect has a Shimano Alfine Rapidfire shifter, as apposed to the Agattu that has a twist-grip. How is this different.
Is it better than the Agattu?
PS I liked the shifter on the Torq best !
Is it the same type of shifter on the Pro-Connect.

Yes, it's similar to the Torq gear change shifter, finger and thumb levers.

I prefer twistgrips, each to his own.

Ive also looked them up on the internet and there's lots of them to buy, so quick and easy replacement if anything goes wrong in the future.
