Powacycle Milan 2

Hi,
My name is Barry from Cheshire, just purchased a 2010 Pawacycle Milan 2 from a close friend who has only used it about 10 times. Absolutely thrilled with it. Does anyone have any tips such as increasing battery power and distance, maintenance etc?

hello Barry, I dont know your bike, but i have an alpine sport from electricbikeworld , it is 37 volts, 250 watts, 17Ah; i can get about 70 miles out of it, doing a lot of peddaling; It is best to recharge when battery is spent. 5 hour recharge. Keep it charged up in winter cold. Best of fun!

Hi Barry, welcome to the forum. Your Milan uses SLA (lead-acid) batteries, heavy but with low replacement costs. It's a moderate power 200 watt bike and to increase the power you'd need to replace the brushless motor controller unit which is the box that sits below the battery. I don't know of anyone doing this on that model, but you could ask in the main forum.
