Please, Assistance with batteries needed - Wuxing HT-268

Hi All,
Here I am back again.
Unfortunately I still have not found any information on line regarding this bike but now my brother is having terrible issues with the charge / travel time on the bike.
He is currently getting at the most 3 miles to a full charge on full electric (no pedal assist).
Today I have tested the charger and the batteries when discharged.
The charger seems fine putting out 42 volts when measured off load and 39 to 40 across the batteries when plugged in.
Having measured the batteries it looks like we have a bad one as two sit at 12.8 volts while one is at 10.4
Obviously I need to replace all three together.
I was wondering if you could advise me on a couple of things ?
The batteries fitted are rated as 12 volts and 12 Ah.
What would the expected distance on a full a charge of these batteries be? I have attached some photos of the offending battery.
Also, what would you recommend as replacement batteries? I would like to get the maximum possible travel distance as apposed to the best speed.

Do you think these batteries are the correct ones for this bike?

How many miles would you expect to get off a full charge if running on battery alone ( no pedal assist)?

They're the correct type. If they were already itted yo your bike, they must be the correct size too.

With these batteries how many miles would you expect to get roughly before a charge is needed?

Should ai buy a higher ah battery to go further on a charge ?

Sorry, I meant capacity wise but physically the same size?

Any suggestions on in the range ?

Also what are your thoughts on changing just the faulty battery ?

They are only 7 months old but I think the problem was it was left jn storage without being charged for over six months
