Help! Pinnacle

Hi I'm Joolz and new to the group. I have had my pinnacle mercury one for a couple of years with no problems. I'm currently in spain and while out on bike it started making a grinding sound, so I turned it off and just pedales back to my camper. The battery is fully charged and turns on as does the controller. Problem is I have no power. Would really appreciate some help if anyone can.

Thank you all for replying. I remember this all started when we removed the back wheel to change the inner tube, so we will double check everything tomorrow.

Hopefully, it's just the connector. If you see that the connector isn't fully in and it still doesn't work when you push it all the way in, then you must do the MOSFET test.
