Alarmist nonsense, a fuss about nothing!
The national lockdown in Britain was widely ignored:
For example, here in the Supercity of London with 20% of the national population, the area takeups of both first and second vaccines was from 54.5% to 72.7%.
The takeup of boosters was between 38.3% and 55.6%.
In other words, half of the population haven't even accepted half the initial basic vaccines, which have been shown to be worthless anyway.
Nobody has been punished, the very few huge fines that were issued have been ignored and not paid, nor will they ever be. Since vaccines etc obviously cannot be enforced nationally, how could the WHO enforce them? Simple answer , they couldn't.
In any case, all the countries who treated the whole matter of Covid action as voluntary will never sign up to the WHO measure, so it is already effectively dead.
Of course Britain probably will sign up to it since we always seem to make the wrong choice, but then just ignore it, and like all our Covid measures and fines, it will simply go away and disappear.
