Pedalease m25??

Hi seen this bike Pedalease m25 and thinking of maybe buying it, what do people here think of the bike?, I like the folding feature as i would be able to take it up some stairs.

Looking for opinions on how good it is etc

The bike is 21kg (not sure if that is with or without the battery - presumably with, since it is integral). If you have triceps like Popeye you may be able to carry it a little way, but how many stairs are you talking about lugging it up?
