Does annyone know where to buy pedal sensor with 4 pins?

It will be a torque sensor, you have to buy a TS BB.

My bad I was wrong, it indeed appears to be possibly a speed controller (maybe) with 5 PAS levels. Most propriety control systems only use 3 wires and 4 wires is the domain of TS control systems.
I'm pretty sure you will find it hard to find a 4 wire PAS disc /sensor and the only route is likely via their website.
