Pedal assitant mode issue

Hy respected professionals
I have E bike of chamrider. I have problen with pedal assistant mode as it is not working. I worked in rain after that it didn’t work but few days later it start working. Now three days ago i worked in rain and now pedal assistance again is not working. If sensor of pedal assistance is damaged than why it start working after few days later and why it stop ?
any suggestions how to fix issue? Cycle is new

It might help if you explain to us which type of sensor you have. Take a photo of it and show us.

Rain can cause shorting on the 5v line , once the moisture dries out it is likely to work again.
One has to figure out where the wet is getting in, it is unlikely to be the PAS . So one will have find where the issue is.

Do you have a speed control device ?
Is the bike fitted with so called water proof connectors ?
Show us a pic your handle bar display ?

Has your bike a 'walk assist' function. i.e. by pressing one of the display buttons, the bike will move forward at a slow speed (6 km/hr) and at low power without the need to pedal. If this 'walk assist' works but the pedal assist function does not, this is a strong indication that the pedal assist sensor may be at fault or its magnet is slipping/moved etc.
PS. Also make sure that the brake levers are not sticking as these can stop the motor from working.

yea at slow mode walk assistant is working so should i check the cables inside with controller?
