Pedal assist issue

Good evening, honorable members.

I have a Chamrider e-bike with a 48V, 50Ah battery and a 750W motor. My pedal assist system (PAS) is not working. However, when I press the down button, the WALK mode activates, and the throttle (accelerator) works fine.
I suspect the issue may be related to exposure to rain. Previously, after riding in the rain, the pedal assist stopped working for a couple of days but then started functioning normally again. This time, however, it has not recovered.
I have attached a picture of my controller. Could you please guide me on which color cable is for the pedal assist sensor? I would like to check the connection, re-plug it, or clean it to see if that resolves the issue.

Thank you for your help!

I told you in the other thread to show us what type of pedal sensor you have. There are three possibilities:
1. A magnet disc and sensor behind the chainwheel.
2. An enclosed sensor clipped into the left side of the bottom bracket behind where the pedal arm bolts to it
3. A torque sensor inside the bottom bracket, which will have a wire coming out underneath the bottom bracket.

The bottom bracket is the tube on the frame that the pedal arms are fixed to.

Your photo is unclear, but it looks like the pedal sensor connector is the 3-pin one with red, black and blue wires, and probably type 1 above.

Type 1 and 2 pedal sensors are shown here:

If it is type 1, check that the magnet disc turns with the pedals and that the gap between it and the sensor is an even 1 mm. Sometimes the magnet disc gets knocked and comes too close to the sensor so that it rubs against it, which makes a small holl in it, then water gets in, so have a look to see whether it has such damage.

If you have type 2, they sometimes get jammed by crud. Look at it very carefully. You will see that the main part is stationary and there's an inner part that grips the shaft and should turn with the shaft when you turn the pedals. If the middle part doesn't turn, you need to disassemble it and clean it out.
