Can anyone tell me the right P & C settings to get a KTD12L PAS sensor talking to a KT LCD5 display and a KT15 controller.
Will it work if a thumb throttle is also plugged in.

Have you fitted it on the correct side of the bike? These sensors are handed, so only work on one side. Also, if you fit the disc the wrong way up, they only work when you pedal backwards, and that's only if you have it on the correct side. You need to make sure that you have these things right before worrying about settings.

KTD12"L" is left side.

It's completely independent of the throttle.
