Panasonic kit?

I meant to add this to earlier Sunstar post...

Anyone know if it's possible to get Panasonic motor as a kit which could be built into a frame? (Other than buying an Agattu and cutting it up that is )

It should be possible to the power unit as a spare, but the cost would probably be almost as much as a complete Agattu.

The problem is that it would not fit any normal frame, requiring something totally different in the area of what would be the bottom bracket, and sufficient space behind the seat tube for the battery which inserts directly into the unit.
