I had a bad day Tuesday. To top it off when I got home I dropped by S-Cross CB battery charger-end-on onto the concrete floor and cracked the plastic around the fuse and charge point.
Battery still worked fine and charged OK and I cycled into work with it the next day, but I was concerned about whether it was still water tight.
I called John at Oxygen yesterday. He said he would come out and pick up the battery and swap out the broken plastic for the end of a dead spare battery he had, and would lend me a different battery in the meantime. Turns our there was no need to lend a battery.
Today, he came to my place of work (~5 miles from their shop), picked up the battery ~12.20, fixed it, and dropped it off back at my place of work around ~15.30.
He charged me £0.00 and also gave me 4 spokes as I'd popped one on the front wheel.
My gasted is flabbered.
