Hi, firstly thank you in advance for reading and responding.

My budget is £1300. I am now unsure which bike to order mainly due to tyres and comfort - we have a lot of sharp gravel and pot holes to get over before we reach the road from the house. I'd like to ride on our country roads (we are in rural Lincolnshire) and also ride on the paths around the fields which are 'off road' but not exactly mountain bike territory. It is a good 1/3 a mile to get from the house to the country roads. I'd like a really comfy sit up and beg riding position and decent size saddle for my large posterior! I weigh 95kg, aiming to reduce that. I am just over 5ft 6. Can you advise me please. I've looked at Juicy, Roo Dog, Whisper and Whoosh. Thank you so much. I like the idea of hard to puncture / wide tyres if possible.

Thank you,
Ruby500

I would recommend the Woosh Santana3 but it's out of stock until July.

It has an excellent Bafang SWX02 motor, god suspension fork , Dutch sit up riding style, perfect for your weight and height and is well within your budget.

You can reserve one if you like. No need to pay deposit.

Hi Ruby,

I am till confused as to what would be best for me and why.
the bike frame is medium 17", 43cm, it suits your height.
The riding position is upright, the handlebars is swept back a bit, you control the steering without having to lean forward.
The bike has a good Suntour NEX suspension fork with 63mm travel, perfect for canal paths and unmade tracks. It has disc brakes at the front, with large 180mm rotor for stopping power.
The motor is powerful, capable of supporting someone up to 20st riding up a steep hill.
you sit up comfortably, on a large saddle, you control the steering in a relaxed position, not hurting your wrists. You don't have to pedal hard to go up any hill. In fact, you don't even have to change gear! You can choose a gear that suits your cadence and never have to change again. You pedal as much as you like, at your cadence.
The battery is good, it has the largest capacity in its class. 36V 17AH = 612WH, enough for 60 good miles.
That's why I think it suits your height, weight and usage.

The Woosh Santana3: £1,149 with 17AH battery.
