As the e-version powers to 62 mph, it's never going to look like a bicycle, bound to be more motorcycle like with strong frame sections and fatter tyres. Can't see the point, a rider is never going to be able to make any pedal contributions at those sort of speeds and registration and driver licencing etc applies anywhere in the world. They might as well just ride a motorbike or fast scooter.
