Hi, hope someone can help.
I was running my 36v 250w geared rear hub motor with a locked clutch and sensorless dual voltage controller without any problems, however I decided to overvolt to 48v for a Little more power.
Unfortunately it now hammers and knocks on acceleration.
The motor looks fine with no shorts and everything checks out OK.
The controller has no shorting or blown mosfets and seems fine.
I can't find any bad connections but I may solder them all to be sure.
I've tried another throttle, same result.
The battery is fully charged at around 54v.
Any help appreciated.
