So I bought a Swytch Universal ECO just under a year ago. Everything was fine until last week. Suddenly no power to the front wheel-my fully charged battery turned itself off. Turned it back on.. no power to the wheel. Noticed that the cadence sensor not flashing. Bought off the market sensor- no joy. After checking forums- I realized I had experienced some juddering from the front wheel that week- so I had the control pack checked by someone who knows about circuits and magical stuff like that. Turned out to be the battery pack connections- the ones that butt up to the stock head had slightly loosened off. (see pick) He used double-sided sticky foam tape- eased each pin to the slide and pushed it in to force the pins to fit tighter, rather than just bending the pins. Bike good as new! I have reported the fault to Swytch as the kit is still under warranty, and this may not be a permanent fix.battery pack.jpg
