Finding my (electric) wheels

My charger was faulty and sent 90 volts through my Bafang 48 volt 750 w mid drive, ruining my Hailong battery and my Bafang controller. ( see pics.) Battery and charger were still under warranty , seller refused to replace the battery, sent me a new charger and a b.m.s. !! I've re-built the battery with Sanyo batteries, fitted the new b.m.s. (replaced part for part ), It's fully charged, showing 52 volts. Bought a new controller, put it together and nothing is happening when I press the button on the display.
I've opened up the motor and tried to test the resistance on the phases, don't know if I'm doing it right (see pics) (you tube again) but I'm out of my depth now, I'm a diy enthusiast, love assembling things but pretty hopeless at trouble shooting electrical faults.
I'm a golden oldie, my bike is my pleasure, can you give me any advice ? thanks

How Shitty of the supplier!!!!
You should name him/his company, here, so that other possible customers are pre-warned!
My only other suggestion is to take a look at YouTube with regatd to e-bike testers, and possibly buy one, if nobody else here can help you.
Check these testers out (for free):-
But remember, e-bikes do not always have a specific set of connectors, and you may need to make up some of them to allow connection. I can give you some suggestions if you wish....
Cable colours are also not fully standardised either......
Best wishes and hopefully someone else can offer better/more assistance.
regards
Andy

Thanks Andy, the testers are not expensive, I'll wait for a day or 2, if no-one can help, I'll get one, thanks.

If your LCD can't be turned on, you'll need a new LCD.
