No 3D printer…

Hi.

Quite chuffed with the result.

I can’t justify a 3d printer so I used silicon mould compound, and resin for the actual item. The each of the four spades are two 4.8 spades back-to-back (to give the thickness).
I wanted some of the special plugs that swytch use to connect to their gen 3 battery packs. My wife and I use two packs each, and I want to relegate the two packs to the pannier and connect them in parallel, as when you push the batteries hard they tend to slump in voltage. It takes the weight of the handlebars too.

Thanks. I had a can of Isopon Fastglas resin in the garage so I used that.
That's polyester. If it turns out not strong enough or too brittle, get a bit of fine weave glass cloth and cut off very thin strips to get a load of fine strands about 1mm long to reinforce it. Mix them with the resin to make a paste.
