Thought I'd follow up your post with a quick overview of us.
I first converted a bike to an eBike around 4 years ago, which was a rear hub conversion on a Cube City bike I had. Folowing that, I converted a fair few bikes for friends & their friends, all hub drives until I converted a bike with a BBS01 for one of my friends' work collegues. After trying out the mid drive with with its hill climbing capabilities, I was converted.
We started trading on eBay around a year ago, initially selling good quality bikes with Bafang Mid Drive Conversions installed.
In July, we built the website you mentioned above.
The website is the first I've built, so any constructive critism is welcome, just don't be too brutal!
The company consists of myself, an electrical engineer with 25 years experience in FMCG, Petrochemical & Pharmaceutical industies. My wife, who deals with the admin & accounts side of the business and my father in law, who helps with bike builds and deliveries.
