Hello All,

So after using the work ebike I've decided that ebiking is the way forward for me. Now I'm just getting a little bit stuck which bike to choose and would be glad of opinions and suggestions. I live in a hilly city so a help with hills is a must, also will have to attach a Weehoo to the bike so will need a battery on the seat pole stem (hope this is the right terminology) rather than the back. My budget is around £1,000 but could stretch a little bit and I'm happy to look at ex demos. I'd prefer a step through frame as I mostly wear skirts and am short of leg so find this style easier to get on and off. My short list so far is:

Volt Kensington
Smarta LX7
FreeGo Wren
Juicy Classic
and then I've just seen the EMU Step thru on here.

Looking forward to hearing from you all.

All good bikes on your list. Now it's important to test ride (you simply can't choose which is best for you without a trial ride ).
Which hilly city are you in?

Hi,perhaps you may wish to look at our Kudos Milano and Verona...I have sold a number of Verona bikes over the last few weeks, the colour scheme of coffee n cream appeals to ladies.
Maybe, the 'wild card' is our new Kudos Sprint,it has the latest Samsung semi concealed 11Ah battery and an adjustable seat post making it suitable for 5-6ft tall riders, the battery position is in a good balance position,it is a different concept of bike style.
All well below your budget.
Please check the full specs and prices on our website.
Good luck,
KudosDave

Hi All,
Thanks for the replies. I'm based in Bristol. I've contacted electric bike sales to arrange a test drive and tomorrow will contact atmosphere and fred baker. Dave, I'm not sure the Milano or Verona would work with the WeeHoo but the Sprint and Secret looks like possibilities. Do you have any dealers in Bristol?

CH White and sons of Malmsbury Wilts (along the M4) are experts with small folders, they have the Kudos Secret amongst many similar, worth a trip, they know these bikes very well.
