My ecycling related newyear resolution is going to be to NOT buy any more cycling gear all year, I mean nothing - zip - nowt - rien - nada - sodall.
Trust me I will find it difficult as I have been eyeing up new parts recently. My reason is that over the past (1st) year ecycling to work I have been buying allsorts of whatever I needed plus extra's when I see a bargain. Everything was justified by the fact I was spending fortunes over the years on dirty disiesel and now (although living closer to work) it is costing me nothing but have probably spent more than if I had simply drove from the start. Let's see how long it will last.
Happy New Year 2015..

I was hoping to get in 2,000miles of predominantly off road riding in 2014, sadly I was short by 70 miles. :( I tried to make it up this week, but just couldn't do it. My knees just wouldn't hack it.

So my New Years resolution is to get in 2,070 miles for the year 2015. The extra 70 miles is to back my shortfall from the year 2014. :)

We're only 2 weeks into the year and I'm already looking at new bike parts although not actually ordered anything though.
New Year Resolution's are so hard to stick to.

I'm glad I didn't make one as I would have blown it sky high.
In my mind I was just going to convert my mtb with out to much fuss.
Having ordered the Oxydrive kit have now also ordered some Nobby Nic's and studed tyres both in the sales.
