New UM36

Hi people, just registered on here as I have recently received my new um36 mountain bike, however I tried to charge the battery last night (only been done 3 times previous) and the charger has come up with a temp sensor fault (Alt flashing red and green led). However there has been no extreme's of temperature so has the battery given up the ghost or is this a charger fault.
I look forward to hearing from anybody who might be able to shed some light on this for me

Hello Magma213, welcome to the forum. We do have a couple of UM36 owners and one of them may visit and help.

Meanwhile, if you've left the charger plugged into the mains, try unplugging it and leave it for a few minutes. Then plug in and try it out again.

If that doesn't work still, I'd strongly advise you contact your supplier (electricbikesales?) promptly since the bike is so new.
