May 16, 200718 yr Hi people, just registered on here as I have recently received my new um36 mountain bike, however I tried to charge the battery last night (only been done 3 times previous) and the charger has come up with a temp sensor fault (Alt flashing red and green led). However there has been no extreme's of temperature so has the battery given up the ghost or is this a charger fault. I look forward to hearing from anybody who might be able to shed some light on this for me
May 16, 200718 yr Hello Magma213, welcome to the forum. We do have a couple of UM36 owners and one of them may visit and help. Meanwhile, if you've left the charger plugged into the mains, try unplugging it and leave it for a few minutes. Then plug in and try it out again. If that doesn't work still, I'd strongly advise you contact your supplier (electricbikesales?) promptly since the bike is so new. .
