I have just purchased my first electric bike, it is a Trendline folding electric bike. I managed to buy it for a ridiculously cheap £20 because it needs a bit of work to get it running again. The guy who owned it didnt know much about electrics and ended up messing a few things up.
The bike has a pedal sensor on, which I would like to bypass, as he replaced a faulty one with a new one, which doesnt sit anywhere near as close to the spinning magnets as the old one would of, and the motor now wont work. The lights are all working, battery works and holds charge. I believe its a 24V DC with a 350w motor.
So I am now working on trying to sort it out for my father in law.
