new to cycling

Hi im new to cycling and also forums. i have a whisper 86 torque, folding bike. i found this forum pedelecs while searching for a error 30 problem which happened when i stopped at the top of a hill. Does anyone know why this is happening? is this the right sight for what i need? only just getting into electric cycling.

yes it is ive read the manual but can't find any info on any errors although i may have to download or buy soething to do with the screen.

Error code 30 is communication between the controller and display not working properly. There's lot's of different causes, though not much you can do to influence any of them. it would be best to discuss a remedy with Wisper directly. They'll sort you out.

Error 30 comms abnormal, the fault is as mentioned above caused by a faulty;
Contoller.
Lcd .
Main trunk cable.
If the fault isn't a trunk cable issue then comms data is supplied back and forward via the Rx & Tx lines so would suspect a controller issue.
