New Sur-Ron X electric motorcycle

Off topic, but definitely your area of expertise.
In addition to my Haibike allmtn rc and as person who is always tempted by a bargain, I have just become the owner of a 2016 Scott e-genius 910 (Bosch) as an additional bike, which after having a couple of decent rides on varying in terrain I have decided I like the bike but I am not at all happy with the gearing.
I do most of my riding off road but when I'm on the road I like to be able to cruise at 20mph.
So what size front sprocket and where to buy from.
