This uses the same Panasonic drive unit as the Dover Deluxe Premium, but is based around 26" wheels with a 50cm frame. It comes in 2kgs lighter than the Dover, and uses a sporty ahead-system instead of the quill adjustable stems found on the Dover. The bars are a straight riser style, for a more sporty ride position.
