I took a controller to the Post Office today to send to 6511iain. They asked me what was in it, so I told them it was an electronic control box. They had a laminated sheet with all the disallowed stuff on it, which she immediately started studying. There was quite a bit of discussion before she decided that it was OK.
If you're going to send something, it might be worth looking at the sheet to see what's on it, so you can use the right words that don't confuse them to think it might be prohibited.
